In October 2025, Bodies in Crisis was recognized with two laurels at the 9th Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival: Best Diaspora Film and Nomination for Best Canadian Film.
The screening at TINFF was to be our international Premiere, but due to safety issues the festival had with the venue, the event was cancelled. At this moment, we are applying to different festivals and still hold our Premiere status.
